David Long

David is a Senior Paralegal with extensive experience in Family Law, Wills and Probate Residential Property and Commercial Property transactions and specialises in solutions to complex residential and commercial conveyancing issues.

His ethos is that no corners can be cut and no stone can be left unturned, which is why most of his private and commercial clients have returned time and time again over the years and subsequently their children.

He has been directly involved in the re-development of properties and similar projects and our clients, in this field of business, have benefitted from his advice and considerable expertise.

David also has considerable experience of family law, including financial settlements upon divorce and relationship breakdowns. Similarly he has considerable experience in the preparation of Wills and in the administration of a deceased’s estate upon which fees are charged only for work done and without the additional percentage charge based upon the value of the deceased’s estate.

David’s main interests outside of his work are his family, his car and holidays, particularly to the USA, Carribean and Far East, economics, Formula 1 and the Le Mans 24 Hours Endurance Race. David is a fan of West Ham United FC since 1964 in which he owns a share, and is also a season-ticket holder at the London Stadium and previously Upton Park.
